• Slicing meat with a regular knife and cutting board is time-consuming and results in uneven slices. With this double-sided board you can easily cut thin uniform slices that dry evenly. The textured board and pressing plate hold meat securely while you slice. Flip the board to choose 1/4" or 1/8" thicknesses.

The kit includes a razor-sharp knife is longer and narrower than a chef's knife making it easier to cut extra-thin slices and the knife can also be used for slicing roasts and other large cuts of meat as well as bread.
