The manufacturing of IMR powders dates back more than two centuries and in that time several new products have been developed including IMR Powder 4831 Rifle Powder. Compared to IMR 4350 this powder has a somewhat slower burn but it provides top velocities as well as excellent performance for medium-sized magnums that use heavier bullets.
